Our History
Bea Ingranaggi S.p.a., European leader in power transmission sector was founded in Cavaria con Premezzo (va) by Alfredo Bea.
First factory extension works of the Cavaria headquarter.
Opening in Mornago, 15 km from the headquarters in Cavaria con Premezzo, of a new factory, where the whole production has been transferred.
The administrative headquarters of Cavaria is extended again.
The production site of Mornago has been extended to meet the needs of a constantly expanding marketpalce. In addition to increasing the area of the plant, new machinery are introduced.
Opening a new warehous in Padova, to improve customer service in north-east Italy.
Bea Ingranaggi takes another big step acquiring the company Lufra S.A. based in Montboucher sur Jabron, also specilized in power transmission manufacturing.
Lufra S.A. is expanded through construction of a new production plant of 1000 m/q and through new machinery addition.
Start up spanish branch Bea transmision ’98 through wich Bea Ingranaggi consolidated their presence in Spanish marketplace.
New expansion project at their production plant at Mornago.
The need to strengthen its position in the German market, leads to the creation of German branch Bea Antriebstechnik, at Neckartailfingen, near Stuttgart.
Lufra S.A. is equipped with a new logistic center.

Acquisition from the Continental Group and subsequent merger of Tic Roulunds S.p.a., belts distributor for Contitech brand, headquartered in Villafranca Padovana.
Bea Ingranaggi Spa has started the complete renovation of the administrative headquarters offices in Cavaria con Premezzo.
DAN-BELT TRANSMISION INDUSTRIAL S.L has acquired from the Continental Group the assets and staff of the company Continental Iberia Sales & Services S.A. The activity of DAN-BELT TRANSMISION INDUSTRIAL S.L will join with BEA TRASMISSION 98 in offering the best service and complete range of Bea Group products to the Spanish market.
